Check in time
Check in is 4 pm unless otherwise arranged.
If checking in after 6 pm please call us to arrange a later check in.
Check out time
Check out time is 11:00 am.
The Garden House Bed and Breakfast is not designed for small children.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Rooms that are smoked in are professionally cleaned at a charge to the guest of $250.00.
Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended. Payment is required to confirm your reservation and guarantee your arrival.
Cancellations
Free cancellation until 14 days before check in. If booked less than 14 days before check in, free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate. All other cancellations will be charged a booking fee of $25.00
